For a question rather than a donation. If you are ready to donate, the intake form on your vehicle's category page collects the detail a coordinator needs and is quicker for both of us.
If it is not a vehicle, there is a Giving Center program for it
Cars with Causes covers cars, trucks, equipment, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, off-road machines, boats and aircraft. Giving Center's other programs handle real estate, computers and technology and collectibles and estates. For boats and aircraft specifically, boatswithcauses.org and aircraftdonation.org carry more depth than the pages here, though either route reaches the same team.

Before you call
What should I have ready?
Year, make and model; condition and whether it runs; hours or mileage; what paperwork you have; and where it sits. That is enough for a transport plan and a realistic value range.
Can I get a value estimate over the phone?
A realistic range, yes. A guaranteed figure, no. Your deduction is based on the actual sale, so nobody can promise a number in advance.
How soon will someone call me back?
Within one business day of a submitted form. During business hours, calling is faster.
Can you help if I already donated and have a question?
Yes. Call the same number with your name and the vehicle and the team can see your file, including where it is in the sale process.
I submitted the form by mistake. How do I cancel?
Call (888) 228-7320. Nothing is committed until you sign the title at pickup.
